Additional staff includes charge nurses who are responsible for insuring Residents receive the care necessary to help them achieve their highest practicable level of well-being. Staci oversees all of the clinical and administrative affairs of SCNH, serves as the Abuse Coordinator, and manages the Resident Trust Fund.
Racheal is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of SCNH and advises staff on human resource policies.
Judy is responsible for the nursing team, ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with state and local standards, and quality of patient service in the absence of the director of nursing.
Cassie serves as the admission coordinator and also oversees human resources for the Schleicher County Nursing Home.
Teresa serves as the administrative assistant for the SCNH nursing department.
Erika designs programs to encourage socialization, provides entertainment, and facilitates the resident council.
Pete oversees operations of the SCNH kitchen and dietary staff, and coordinates with nursing to monitor residents' dietary needs. Pete also insures the cleanliness of the facility, manages the resident laundry service, and supervises housekeeping staff.
Scott oversees SCNH's daily maintenance functions, repairs facility equipment, and maintains the facility grounds.
