Diverse and Delicious Meals and Snacks

Our Dietary Department provides delicious and nutritious meals and snacks, based on your needs and preferences. There are several daily options for breakfast foods, including burritos! There are two meals options for both lunch and dinner, but other items are also available if you would prefer something else.

The consulting Dietician and on-site Dietary Manager partner with Residents, families, and Nursing staff to insure that each individual Resident’s dietary needs are being met.

The Dietary department prepares meals, including specialty diets and textures, for SCNH’s Residents, the patients at Schleicher County Medical Center, and staff at both facilities. Members of the community often make SCNH their lunch stop as well. We encourage family members and friends to enjoy meals with their loved one as often as possible
