Meet Our Staff
The Schleicher County Nursing Home proudly provides a top-notch staff that includes quality administrators and round-the-clock health-care professionals. Learn more about some of our staff members below.
Additional staff includes charge nurses who are responsible for insuring Residents receive the care necessary to help them achieve their highest practicable level of well-being. Charge nurses also schedule doctor appointments and oversee the medication nurses and CNA staff. Reach our nurse station directly at 325-853-3931.

Staci Chatham, MSHA, LNFA
Administrator
SCNH Team Member Since 2018
Staci oversees all of the clinical and administrative affairs of SCNH, serves as the Abuse Coordinator, and manages the Resident Trust Fund.
Racheal Ramirez Rodriguez
Business Office Manager
SCNH Team Member Since 2016
Racheal is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of SCNH and advises staff on human resource policies.
Cassie Morrell Stark
Admission Coordinator / Human Resources

Cassie serves as the admission coordinator and also oversees human resources for the Schleicher County Nursing Home.

Director of Nursing

Elizabeth is our Director of Nursing and oversees the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of our facility.
Brittny Abalos, ADON, LVN
Assistant Director of Nursing
SCNH Team Member Since 2023
Brittny is responsible for the nursing team, ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with state and local standards, and quality of patient service in the absence of the director of nursing.
Amanda Six
MDS Coordinator

Amanda takes the documentation from nursing, CNA's, Providers, and anyone with input on the resident care and inputs the information into a form to submit to the state for re-imbursement.
Scott Robinson
Maintenance Supervisor
SCNH Team Member Since 2019
Scott oversees SCNH's daily maintenance functions, repairs facility equipment, and maintains the facility grounds.
Sylvia Garza
Activity Director

Sylvia designs programs to encourage socialization, provides entertainment, and facilitates the resident council.

Housekeeping Supervisor
